This is keeping me inspired and engaged enough in politics without making me throw my phone at anybody after I listen. There needs to be a hall of fame for content providers who are keeping news-minded people who long for really getting to the truth of the matter informed and Sharon McMahon and Heather Cox Richardson need to be the first inductees.

I've had the privilege of watching Jamie Lynn blossom into a go-to expert on self-compassion for the last 20 years. She's the person you want to follow and learn from if you care about developing the skill of mindfulness and self-compassion in your kids. So grateful for her work!
One of my most favorite theological sheros, Nadia always seems to capture the beauty and wisdom of the ancient stories and traditions beloved by many of us Churchy folks while also staying down-to-earth, irreverent and self-deprecating. And she's an Enneagram 8 so I always feel I have much to learn and much to cringe about in her writings, they hit so close to home.
Garrett is a powerful voice at the quest to make healing from oppressive structures appealing to those of us who carry many benefits from those structures. We moves people past guilt and shame to action and solidarity and does so by making room for joy and real connection. And he makes funny jokes about the midwest, which I very much appreciate.
